Our equipment list for slide forming begins with #00 Nielson's. These machines offer very high speed on small parts. We can produce intricate parts at rates up to 120,000+ pieces per 8 hour shift. Typical parts for this equipment are small electrical connectors of all sorts, various clips and fasteners.
We also have on our floor #28 standard Multi Slides for your medium-sized jobs. In these machines we make mechanical clips for automobile braking systems, automotive assemblies, electrical components, electronic parts, reflectors and hardware items.
The workhorses of our slide forming are the #33 symmetrical and standard Multi Slides. We employ a wide variety of miscellaneous equipment for these machines which allows us to put the most into your parts on the machine, eliminating expensive secondary operations. This, coupled with the other advantages of this type of equipment, and our creative use of them, means a lower per piece price for you while giving you the most for your tooling dollars. Our #33's have made parts from fishing lures to electrical parts, speed nuts, motor housings and brush holders, appliance parts, auto parts and even parts for toys. The list goes on and on.
Progressive Dies have always been one of our specialties at Multiple Products. Running almost exclusively in straight side presses we can deliver the repeatability you demand! Every press job is designed with the future in mind. The future cost of maintenance and repair is always considered. It forces us to design and build the best possible tooling to keep your total run costs to a minimum.
We design and build line dies for shorter run and secondary operations. These dies are built to do the job with the best repeatability, and in the safest possible manner.
We also have flexible and short run capability in house.
We have been manufacturing metal stampings for a wide variety of customers for well over 60 years. We specialize in four-slide and multi-slide components as well as progressive dies punch press parts.
