Sometimes mechanical assembly requires hand work, automation, or a marriage of both! 

The important question to remember during any assembly project is “how can the total project be optimized?” 

We look at the annual quantity, the expected product life, the parameters for the assembly such as fit and finish, and the feasibility of the methods desired.

All of this analysis goes into figuring out just how to make everything work for the best value to the customer, while meeting delivery schedules and as close to zero defects as possible.
