HELP!

That was the call we got from one of our customers. 
They needed somebody to pick up the ball. 
They needed a solution fast, they had a customer waiting.


What did they need?

They needed somebody to get creative!  They needed a new answer, and fast  It was not quite like the stamping or assembly we do for them every day, this one required a process to be set up from scratch.  A piece of equipment, specially tooled to do this work and do it right.  They tried others, they couldn’t get the quantity, or the quality that they had to have.

What did we do for them?


We said YES!
We bought some off-the shelf-machines and built some tooling to modify them.  We integrated a system to ensure speed, reliability and repeatability.

What results did the customer get from us?
We had the first machine running parts in three days!  We were running at rate three days after that.  We had the second machine online in five days.  Soon after that we had two more machines that were automated to the point where the operator only loaded the parts for making chips.

What about quality?
Not one rejected part!  We made over 400,000 pieces so fast the customer caught up with their past due orders and even put parts in stock!

What about flexibility?
We designed on the fly because of the situation.  Our down time is minimal, and we made three different sizes of product with changeover time of only hours for all four machines.

What about the customer’s bottom line?
He solved the problem.  He got his company out of trouble faster than anticipated.  He is a STAR!  We were glad to help.  He will remember us
next time, and that’s what we’re after.  He looks great, we look good, everbody wins.

Metal Stampings - Our processes include progressive dies running in straight side presses.  With over 90% of our tooling built in-house, we control the process from your print submission to putting the parts
on the truck.

Four Slide Parts - From the smallest  00-Fourslide® to the #33 symmetrical MultiSlides® we can handle your slide forming requirements.  Our slide formed parts range in size from 10,000 pieces in a 6” x 6” x 6” carton to
500 pieces in a fiber drum.  Producing easy parts to complex ones, our
fifty years of experience can pay off for you.  We also have in-process tapping equipment in stock and ready to integrate at almost no cost to
the customer, and certainly no expensive secondary costs.

Assembly - If you have something that needs to be put together many times, we can do it.  We have experience with all types of fasteners and welding (from sonic to mig and resistance).  We are accomplished in Inserting springs, electrical and electro mechanical devices, special and finish packaging.  Depending upon the volume, we can automate the process or do the hand work at very economical rates.

Thinking out of the Box - We integrate plastics, metals and even woods into our processes.  We can attach off-the-shelf component parts to specially manufactured ones.  We can take your projects and create solutions.

Quality - Our total return and allowances for our last fiscal year totaled
less than in costs to take a small group out for an evening.  Our new and improved instruction sheets for production jobs includes not only written instructions but pictures of the exact methods for checking the parts.  Guess work is taken completely out of the equation.
