Our equipment list for slide forming begins with the Neilson #00 machines.  These machines offer a very high speed on small parts.
We can make complex formed  parts at speeds exceeding 120,000
pieces per 8 hour shift. Typical parts for  this equipment are small electrical connectors, clips and  fasteners.

Our #28 standard Multi-Slides are used for medium sized jobs.
In these  machines, we make mechanical clips for car brakes,
automobile accessories, electrical systems, electronic parts,
reflectors and hardware items.

The work horses of our slide forming operation are the #33's. We
have  both standard and symmetrical machines.   A wide variety of equipment for these machines allows us to put the most into your
parts on the machine, eliminating secondary operations whenever possible. This, coupled with the other advantages to this type of equipment, results in a lower per piece cost for you. Our 33's have
made parts from fishing lures to electrical parts, speed nuts, motor housings and brush holders, appliance parts, auto parts, and even
parts for children's toys. The list goes on and on...
